We can develop the production around your approved material to capture instructor-led classes, narrated voiceover, or training sessions involving interviews, on-site b-roll, and motion graphics.

Internal Management Training Course

3 Day Course Cut into Modules
We produced a site-specific contractor safety orientation for Lago Chemical in Amarillo capturing badging and escort requirements, muster points, emergency alarms, and other facility procedures.
For Maritech OEM in Iowa, we filmed step by step procedures, safety protoand training materials for new hire onboarding in multiple departments.
We recorded a three-day internal management training program for NOV and built the material for on-demand use after the live course ended, including chapter breaks and modules.

Training & Safety Video Services
Accuracy comes first, but the video still has to hold someone's attention. A good training production catches the things an experienced employee may no longer think to mention, so approved procedures stay intact.
Safety & Site Orientation Videos
We capture everything from muster points, PPE, and emergency alarms Our crews are comfortable filming inside active industrial, construction and commercial environments, working around PPE requirements, restricted areas, operating equipment and site access. We plan the shoot around the actual orientation: entrances, traffic flow, muster points, prohibited areas, required PPE, emergency procedures and whatever else your team needs demonstrated on screen. You provide the subject-matter expertise. We know how to capture it cleanly, organize it logically and turn several departments' input into one finished video that feels intentional.

Employee Training & SOP Videos
Multi-camera setups whether it is being staged for filming or a live session We work alongside trainers, operators and subject-matter experts to capture procedures accurately without slowing the production down more than necessary. Our team knows how to break a process into wide views, close details, screen content, demonstrations and supporting graphics so the editor has what is needed to explain the work clearly. That experience becomes especially important when the procedure involves equipment, repetitive steps or details an experienced employee performs without thinking about them. We ask the questions, capture the extra angle and get the close-up while everyone is still there.
Slides, Captions, and Teleprompters
When you need an accurate script, subtitles, or picture-in-picture slides On-screen captions can be incorporated throughout the program for accessibility, quiet viewing and technical terminology. For organizations training multilingual teams, we can also prepare alternate-language versions using translated captions, subtitles or replacement narration based on client-approved translations.

Multi-Language Training Videos
We can translate captions, subtitles, narration, or full on-screen graphics For organizations training multilingual teams, we can also prepare alternate-language versions using translated captions, subtitles or replacement narration based on client-approved translations.
Professional Production.
Clear Project Pricing.
Typical full-service training and safety video projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
This often covers one on-site filming session, pre-production coordination, camera/audio/lighting, editing and an edited video. Additional facilities, filming days, modules, graphics, narration, language versions, employee groups or finished deliverables can change the price.
Let's connect to discuss your scope, timelines, and deliverables. We can work out the production plan from there.
You don’t need a finished script or production brief to get started. Bring us the goal, location, and deadline. We’ll help identify the decisions that matter and keep the next steps clear.
Need someone local to film and upload for your own editors? We do that too!
How We Make Every Shoot A Success

Before Filming
We review existing SOP, slide deck, and policies, and identify what must be shown, what can be narrated, what needs graphics, and what may require unique footage.
On-Site Filming
Our crew handles cameras, lighting and audio while your subject-matter experts focus on getting the procedure right. When a step needs another take, a detail shot or a clearer explanation, we catch it.
Editing and Feedback
We build the first edit around the approved material, then give stakeholders defined opportunities to review language, procedure, graphics and sequence.

Full-Service Video Production
Since we are already on site, there may be other footage worth capturing. Executive interviews, employee messages, recruiting content, company overviews, equipment footage and general facility b-roll can often share the same production day.

Training & Safety Video Production FAQs
How much does a training or safety video cost?
Typical full-service training and safety video projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
The final quote depends on filming days, locations, number and length of modules, scripting requirements, graphics, narration, language versions and the number of finished deliverables.
Multi-day training modules or large facility projects are scoped around the entire program rather than pricing every video as an isolated project. Camera count, crew size, picture-in-picture editing and the number of final videos affect the quote.
Can you just film a live training event and send the footage to our internal editor?
Absolutely. Some clients want us to handle the entire edit. Others already have an internal creative team or agency and simply need a dependable production crew to capture organized, professional footage.
Can you help write our safety training script?
Yes, with an important distinction. Your safety, operations or training team owns the policy and technical requirements. We can take approved procedures, manuals, presentations and SME input and turn them into a practical video script, visual outline and production plan. But we cannot invent your safety procedures.
Can you film inside an active plant, warehouse or jobsite?
Yes. We routinely plan production around active business and industrial environments. Before filming, we coordinate access, PPE, restricted areas, schedules and operational considerations with your facility contact.
Can you make separate employee, contractor and visitor versions?
Yes. Often that is better than forcing every audience to watch the longest possible orientation. Shared information can remain consistent while audience-specific sections are changed or removed.
Can we use our own employees instead of actors?
Absolutely. For process, orientation and safety content, the people who actually perform the work are often necessary to accurately demonstrate specific actions.
We also plan for the life of the video. If employee turnover could date the program quickly, certain demonstrations can be framed around hands, equipment or the procedure rather than making one employee's face central to the footage.
Can training videos be updated when procedures change?
Usually, yes. We keep all of our footage and edits for 18 months, so inserting a modified or updated procedure or badge/logo design is easy. Modular scripts, separate graphics, isolated narration and organized project files can make it possible to replace one section without rebuilding the entire program. Major changes to the physical process may still require new filming.
Can you create versions for different facilities?
Yes. For multi-location organizations, we can establish shared corporate sections and then replace site-specific material such as entrances, PPE, emergency procedures, maps, restricted areas and local contacts.
Can you add captions or multiple languages?
Yes. Captions, subtitles and alternate-language versions can be incorporated into the project. When multiple languages are known upfront, we prefer to design the script and graphics with versioning in mind before editing begins.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Yes. Some companies want us to handle everything through final delivery. Others have an internal training, communications or creative team that needs professionally captured footage and organized files. We can support both workflows.
