Client Site Filming and Case Study
Film an array of content for a new automated assembly platform before an industry trade show. The equipment could only be taken out of production for six hours.
We used one production day to capture leadership interviews, fabrication processes, employees, finished products, facility footage, and drone video.
Case study showing its system operating inside a customer's distribution facility with SME interview, system operation, facility b-roll.

Video Production for Manufacturers and Industrial Businesses
Good equipment is expected. Our clients are looking for a video team who understands what needs to be captured, can work efficiently inside the facility, and returns with footage that supports the finished project without filming random stuff for the sake of being creative.
Facility Overviews & Capability Videos
Single or multiple day video coverage of your facility, operations, and team We plan around what a customer or prospect actually needs to see: production capacity, equipment, people, process, quality controls, finished work, and the scale of the facility. Our crew works around active operations and captures the supporting details during the same production so your team is not scheduling another shoot later. The finished material can support your website, sales team, presentations, proposals, recruiting, or a broader company overview.

Filming On-Site, Client Site, Or At Trade Shows
From warehouses to C-Suites, to show floors, we can support your content We regularly film executives, customers, engineers, operators, and technical experts who are not professional presenters. We can work from scripts, talking points, prepared questions, or conversational interviews depending on the project. We also capture the facility, product, or process footage needed to support what they say. Your marketing team gets a complete edit instead of an interview surrounded by generic b-roll.
Technical Product & Process Demonstrations
Close up shots, timelapse shots, team footage and customer site installations We coordinate with your engineers, operators, or product team before filming so we understand what matters and which details require dedicated coverage. That keeps us from discovering during editing that an important control, component, or process step was hidden from the main camera. When live footage cannot explain everything, we can add labels, diagrams, callouts, or animation without turning the project into an overproduced commercial.

Site Safety, Orientation and Life-Saving Rules Videos
Employee onboarding, internal classes, to site-specific safety orientation We turn approved procedures into a practical script and shot list, then coordinate filming and reviews with your HSE team. We handle making them clear on screen.
Professional Production.
Clear Project Pricing.
Typical full-service industrial and manufacturing projects range from $3,000–$7,000. Often this is a single day shoot, multiple interviews, b-roll, drone, and a completed 3-5 minute edit.
Pricing can vary based on on-site filming duration, length and complexity of edits, crew size, motion graphics or custom animation needs, and how many videos are needed.

You don’t need a finished script or production brief to get started. Bring us the goal, location, and deadline. We’ll help identify the decisions that matter and keep the next steps clear.
Need someone local to film and upload for your own editors? We do that too!
How We Make Every Shoot A Success

Before the Shoot
We confirm the audience, message, locations, people on camera, deliverables, and schedule. From there, we plan interviews, b-roll and drone while working around team and executive availability.
On the Job Site
We work around your operating schedule and adapt when conditions change. Your employees and facility team should only need to help with the parts of the project that require their knowledge or access.
Editing and Feedback
Stakeholders get multiple opportunities for feedback to ensure a great final product which aligns with your brand and message. And we provide the footage for your team to download.

Full-Service Video Production
Whether you just have a concept, a need-by date, or a full brief, we help fill in the details to ensure production runs smoothly with clear milestones and defined review points.

Keynotes and Presentations
Wide angle and tight angle cameras on risers in the back, combined with moving cameras moving around the room to capture the full keynote, panel, presentations, or training session. Combined with quick turnaround editing for recaps, social, picture-in-picture with slides, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions About Manufacturing Video Production
How much does industrial video production cost?
Typical full-service projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
The final price depends on production days, locations, interviews, drone requirements, crew size, graphics, and the quantity and complexity of the finished videos.
Let's set up a call to get a more accurate estimate of the job.
Can you film inside an active manufacturing facility?
Yes. We coordinate with your facility contact around access, PPE, operating schedules, restricted areas, and production requirements before the shoot.
Do we need to stop production while you film?
Usually not. We plan coverage around normal operations whenever practical. Certain demonstrations or camera positions may require coordination, but we do not assume the line can stop for us.
Do you provide drone video for manufacturing facilities?
Yes, when the site, airspace, and facility rules allow it. Drone footage can be incorporated into the larger production rather than booked as a separate project.

Can you create site visitor orientation safety videos (life-saving rules, etc.)?
Yes. We have produced several visitor, contractor and employee orientation videos. Everything spanning reverse parking, emergency muster points, badge-in and escort policy, and PPE. To be successful, these projects often require working with the HSE team before the film day because scripts and procedures need to be reviewed with facility and safety teams to ensure accuracy.

Can you provide raw footage to our internal marketing team?
Yes. Some clients hire us for the complete finished product. Others need an experienced field crew that can capture professional, organized footage for an internal agency or corporate editing team. Both are common.
How quickly can an industrial or manufacturing video be delivered?
Typical turnaround time can be 2-4 weeks, with phases for rough draft review, b-roll/animation review, and internal/external stakeholder review.
We have also done many projects with 24-hour turnaround.
The delivery schedule depends on the length of the video, number of deliverables, amount of footage, graphics required and client review process.
