Filming and Running Interviews
A national software company sent us to its customer's Atlanta office to build a customer success video around a real implementation rather than a generic endorsement.

Interviews and Technical Demos
We filmed a plant manager and equipment operator inside an active Dallas-area manufacturing facility, editing both a testimonial and a technical customer case study.
Executive Interview Content

Eight Interviews. One Setup.
One lighting and camera setup supported a series of executive interviews covering leadership messages, recruiting, company culture and subject-matter expertise to produce months of content.

Good Interviews Don't Feel Like Interviews
We have interviewed equipment operators inside manufacturing plants, hospital administrators in working facilities and software customers in ordinary conference rooms. A customer testimonial works best when the person sounds sincere and conversational, rather than a memorized script.
Formal Multi-Camera Interviews
The small details make an ordinary office, or facility look great For executive messages, customer testimonials, company profiles and higher-value case studies, we typically build the interview around two or more cameras. One angle protects the complete answer. Another gives the editor a tighter shot, a different eyeline or enough flexibility to cleanly remove pauses, restarts and pieces that do not make the final cut.

Jobsite & Trade Show Interviews
Mobile setups and audio isolation to capture work where it happens A superintendent standing inside the project can explain it differently than someone sitting in a conference room. Jobsites can bring machinery, PPE requirements, wind, access restrictions and limited control over sound. Convention floors add music, public-address systems, crowds, competing booths and schedules that change quickly. We build compact interview setups for those conditions. That may mean smaller lights, professional wireless microphones, directional audio, two cameras and a location twenty or fifty feet from where everyone originally expected to film.
Teleprompter & Green Screen Setups
If you need a script on a teleprompter or green screen, we can set up on-site We can build the teleprompter directly into a professional multi-camera interview setup, then adjust pacing, font size and delivery around the person using it. Some executives read comfortably on the first take. Others need the copy shortened, broken into sections or rewritten so it sounds like something a person would actually say. Green screen gives the production a different kind of control. It works well when several videos need a consistent visual treatment, when the final background will be added later, or when filming on location would introduce distractions that have nothing to do with the message. We handle lighting the subject and screen separately so the edit has a clean key instead of spending post-production fixing preventable problems.

Creative Concept and Stylized Interviews
Not every interview needs a chair and an office background We can build interviews around movement, multiple people, demonstrations, a working environment, direct-to-camera delivery or a visual concept that supports the subject instead of competing with them. That might mean following an engineer through a facility while they explain a process, interviewing a customer beside the product they are discussing, combining several employees into one conversational setup or designing a more stylized studio look for a campaign. The creative decision starts with the message. We are not interested in making an interview unusual just so the crew can show off. If a straightforward two-camera conversation tells the story best, that is what we shoot. If movement, a different location or a more deliberate visual treatment makes the information easier to understand or the person more interesting to watch, we build around that instead.
Professional Interview Production With a Clear Price
Typical full-service projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
A straightforward project may include one production day, multiple interviews with two cameras, drone, b-roll, and a 3-5 minute edited video. Or you may just need all the raw footage uploaded for an in-house editor to work.
Let's connect to discuss your scope, timelines, and deliverables. We can work out the production plan from there.
An interview is often the foundation of a larger company overview, recruiting video, project profile or promotional piece. We prepare and then combine interviews with multiple cameras, b-roll, teleprompters, motion graphics, stock footage, drone coverage and additional locations to make your content look great.
Need someone local to film and upload for your own editors? We do that too!
How We Make Every Shoot A Success

Before the Film Date
We work with you to prepare questions, talking points, and the end goal objectives. Then we plan logistics and the room without handing your customer a page of answers to memorize.
Filming On-Site
We arrive early, prepare the location and set up the cameras, lights and audio. Some executives want precise talking points, some want scripts, some just need a rephrased question.
Editing and Feedback
We organize, synchronize and edit the coverage around the deliverables. Your team gets defined review points, clear file versions and final exports. Raw footage can also be delivered to your internal team for backups.

Full-Service Video Production
Whether you just have a concept, a need-by date, or a full brief, we help fill in the details to ensure production runs smoothly with clear milestones and defined review points.

Customer Testimonial & Interview Video FAQs
How much does a customer testimonial video cost?
Typical full-service projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
That often includes planning, a professional filming session, cameras, lighting, audio, supporting footage and editing.
Multiple locations, large interview counts, travel, extensive animation or a larger set of edited deliverables can change the scope.
Can you use a teleprompter for executive interviews?
Yes. A teleprompter works especially well for direct-to-camera executive messages, approved corporate statements and other content where the wording needs to remain precise. For conversational interviews and customer testimonials, we usually prefer questions and talking points because reading a prepared answer can make the subject sound less natural.
Should we give the customer the questions in advance?
Usually we recommend giving them the subjects and general direction of the conversation. Some people feel better seeing the exact questions. Others start rehearsing answers and become noticeably less natural once the camera starts.
We can prepare the interview in a way that gives the subject enough confidence to participate without making the final conversation sound memorized.
What if the person is nervous on camera?
That is extremely common, and this is why you need our experience. We keep the conversation low-pressure, explain what to expect, allow people to restart answers and avoid rushing into the most important questions before they are comfortable. Most people settle in once they realize they are having a conversation rather than performing.
Can you film interviews at our customer's location?
Yes. For customer testimonials and case studies, filming where the customer works is often preferable because it also gives us useful supporting footage and context. We regularly travel to offices, facilities, jobsites, events and other operating locations.
Can you just film the interviews and send the footage to our internal editor?
Absolutely. Some clients want us to handle the entire edit. Agencies and internal creative teams regularly hire us for production-only assignments. We can follow your shot requirements, organize the footage and upload or deliver the original media for your team to edit.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Yes, when included in the project scope. We can provide complete camera files or a more organized selection depending on how your internal team plans to use the material.
