We film booth activity, customer and employee interviews, product demonstrations, keynotes, breakout sessions, receptions and the in-between moments so the final edit captures the event and gives your team a variety of useful content.

Consumer Expo Content Day

Booth Demos + Interviews
Product demonstrations, show-floor activity, customer interviews and employee soundbites captured during one coordinated production day.

Trade Show Booth & Show-Floor Video Production
Trade show floors move quickly. We work with compact camera setups, stay clear of active sales conversations while watching for a demo that draws a crowd, customer reactions, or an executive interview.
Customer & Executive Interviews at Events
Compact lighting and professional audio to capture every conversation Trade shows and corporate meetings bring customers, executives, sales teams and subject-matter experts together for one of the only times all year. That makes the event a surprisingly efficient place to produce testimonial and interview content. We can build a dedicated interview area, work inside your booth, find a quieter meeting room or operate a compact setup somewhere else in the venue. Professional lighting helps the interview look intentional, with lapel mics to isolate the speaker from all the other noise.

Keynotes, Panels & Breakout Room Recording
From small breakout rooms to multiple cameras on the main plenary stage We can record keynotes, panels, seminars and breakout sessions using wide and tight camera angles, professional audio feeds and presentation capture when available. Larger programs may use cameras on risers at the back of the room plus operator-controlled angles that follow the speaker, panel or audience Q&A.
Receptions, Networking & Event Experience Coverage
Some of the best event footage happens during the breaks The badges stay on. People relax. Receptions, customer dinners, awards, sponsor activations and networking events often provide the reactions and interactions that make an event recap feel human. They also give the editor visual relief from four hours of stages, booths and branded walls. We work every environment to get great content while staying out of the way.

Event Recaps, On-Screen Captions & Fast-Turn Editing
Same day turnaround, short social edits, and uploading all the raw footage If your team needs footage while the event is still generating attention, we can establish priority deliverables before production begins. That may mean a same-day interview clip, a short social edit that evening, a next-morning recap or selected footage handed directly to your internal team.
Professional Event Coverage With a Clear Price
Typical event coverage projects range from $3,000–$7,000.
Multi-day events, live-streaming, interview stations, larger camera teams to also capture presentations & breakout rooms, and same-day editing may require a larger production plan.
Let's connect to discuss your scope, timelines, and deliverables. We can work out the production plan from there.
Planning an event has enough moving parts already. Your video company should reduce the number of questions you need to answer on production day, not add more of them.
Need someone local to film and upload for your own editors? We do that too!
How We Make Every Shoot A Success

Before the Event
We review the event schedule, anticipated attendee or demo traffic, access times and final deliverables. It's about understanding what you need based on what is happening.
During the Program
Our crew works to anticipate needs. Some executives want precise talking points. Some customers hate scripts. Some people need one good question and then forget the camera exists.
Editing and Feedback
We organize, synchronize and edit the coverage around the deliverables. Your team gets defined review points, clear file versions and final exports. Raw footage can also be delivered to your internal team for backups.

Full-Service Video Production
Whether you just have a concept, a need-by date, or a full brief, we help fill in the details to ensure production runs smoothly with clear milestones and defined review points.

Trade Show & Corporate Event Video Production FAQs
How much does trade show or event video production cost?
Most full-service projects with a defined filming schedule, professional crew and one primary edited deliverable fall around $3,000–$7,000.
Multi-day shows, live streaming, capturing both video and photography, multiple interview stations, on-site editing, or a larger volume of finished content can increase the scope.
Can you just film the corporate event and send the footage to our internal editor?
Absolutely. Some clients want us to handle the entire edit. Others already have an internal creative team or agency and simply need a dependable production crew to capture organized, professional footage.
Can you cover our booth, interviews and presentations on the same day?
Yes, we do this frequently. The right answer depends on timing of any overlaps and the distance between locations. We review your schedule and breakdown of final deliverables, identify anything which may create bottlenecks or a larger team to support.
Can you capture great audio at the booth or reception despite the noise?
Yes. We have invested in high-end audio equipment with excellent audio-isolation. We often film interviews on windy construction sites or while operators are driving bulldozers. Our equpiment can capture their audio cleanly in these situations, loud convention booths, and receptions with music.
How quickly can you edit event footage?
Often the priority is for quick social posts or daily recaps. Interviews, motion graphics, reception coverage, booth activity, sponsor imagery, customer case studies, can also be scheduled and prioritized as needed.
